IMPORTANT HEALTH DISCLAIMER: ALL QURE PROGRAMMES, CONTENT, AND RESOURCES ARE INTENDED FOR GENERAL, INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, NOT FOR MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE ADVICE OR TREATMENT. The Platform provides access to fitness programmes, AI-powered journaling, nutrition guidance, and product toxicity scanning. These resources are not intended to provide or serve as a substitute for any professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Although some of our content may be prepared or reviewed by individuals with healthcare experience, our provision of such content does not create a medical professional-patient relationship between you and Qure.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2 Age Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction but at least 18 years old, you must review these Terms with your parent or legal guardian to ensure they acknowledge and agree to these Terms before you use the Platform.

• Stand-alone specialised programmes

3.2 Access Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.3 Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer your access to the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform

4 User Accounts and Registration

You may maintain only one active account with the Platform. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual may be terminated without notice.

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, images, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof (“Content”), are owned by Qure, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Platform.

5.3 AI Coaching System

Our AI coaching system, algorithms, methodologies, and related technologies are proprietary to Qure. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our AI systems or include any of our proprietary technology in any derivative works.

5.4 Programmes and Content

All fitness programmes, nutrition guidance, educational materials, and other content provided through the Platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works based on this content without our express permission.

6 Health and Wellness Disclaimers

6.1 Platform Services

The Platform provides general information about fitness, nutrition, and wellness. This information is not medical advice and should not be treated as such.

6.2 Consultation with Healthcare Providers

Before beginning any fitness programme, changing your diet, or making other health-related changes, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you:

7 Payment, Subscription and Refund Policy

7.1 Fees and Payment

We offer various subscription plans and stand-alone programmes for access to different features of the Platform.

7.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees at the beginning of each billing period.

7.3 Refund Policy

7.3.1 Subscription Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with your request within 14 days of the charge.

7.3.2 Stand-alone Programme Refunds

Stand-alone programme purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except in cases where the programme is materially different from what was advertised or where required by applicable law.

7.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trials of our subscription services. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be charged for the subscription. You may cancel at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.

8 Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QURE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM
• UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
• ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR BODILY HARM RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ITS CONTENT

8.3 Maximum Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL QURE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO QURE IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED GBP (£100).

8.4 Assumption of Risk

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY PROGRAMMES OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY FITNESS PROGRAMMES, NUTRITION PLANS, OR OTHER ACTIVITIES SUGGESTED OR ENABLED BY THE PLATFORM.

9 Product Scanning Feature Disclaimer

9.1 Informational Purpose Only

The product toxicity scanning feature is provided for informational purposes only. The toxicity scores and ingredient analyses are based on available research and data at the time of scanning.

9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the information provided through the scanning feature. Product formulations may change, and our database may not reflect the most current information.

9.3 Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

The toxicity scanning feature is not a substitute for professional advice. Consult with appropriate healthcare professionals regarding specific health concerns related to products you use.

9.4 No Liability for Recommendations

11 Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform or by contacting us. Termination of your account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must cancel your subscription separately.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the UK, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
